If you use the contact form, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and message. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Information stored in your browser
Theme choice, cookie consent, Fallows IDs, and cart quantities are stored locally in your browser. They support site functionality and are not automatically sent to Plainstep Studio.
How information is used
Contact details are used to respond to questions, discuss course fit, and provide requested support. We do not sell contact information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain correspondence only as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to review or delete a message where applicable.

The site uses Tailwind CSS through its required CDN script. External services may process technical request data according to their own policies. The site links to its own pages and does not use external image embeds.

We use reasonable administrative and technical care, but no internet transmission or browser storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request unnecessary information from children.
